This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Create and implement cutting-edge training programs that enhance the cybersecurity culture at Humana.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to develop educational content that ensures the workforce is prepared to manage cyber risks.
• Lead the development of curricula for new products and tools, while creating technical resources.
• Promote cyber awareness throughout all organizational levels and mitigate risks through human-centric, data-informed initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, plan, coordinate, and assess cybersecurity training and educational courses, methods, and techniques.
• Generate technical documentation, presentations, and materials that reinforce cybersecurity knowledge across Humana.
• Perform learning needs assessments to identify requirements and plan instructional opportunities.
• Assist in training staff on new tools and applications for cyber awareness and their correct usage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant information technology field (such as Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application security and educating others in this domain.
• Proficient with leading toolsets that support application security (including SAST, DAST, SCA, and IAST tooling).
• Familiarity with Git and related tools.
• Strong background in application security across various technologies and programming languages, including C#, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Knowledgeable about the OWASP top 10 and defensive coding strategies.
• Actively contributes to the broader security or open-source community.
• Must have a strong passion for contributing to an organization that continuously strives to enhance consumer experiences.
