This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee monitoring activities at investigational sites throughout the entirety of the study lifecycle.
• Manage, mentor, and assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure exceptional quality standards.
• Establish, execute, and uphold clinical monitoring plans along with relevant tools.
• Coordinate clinical efforts with project teams effectively.
• Aid in the development, review, and enhancement of study documentation.
• Guarantee the quality of site data monitoring and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with investigators and external partners.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or a higher nursing qualification is required.
• Clinical research certification is preferred.
• At least 6 years of demonstrated experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is essential.
• Previous experience as a Lead CRA or in project management is necessary.
• Experience in neurovascular or cardiology is considered a significant advantage.
• Proficient command of both French and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
