This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify business requirements through interviews, analysis, and documentation of business processes, including both current and future models.
• Evaluate and uncover existing gaps through research, planning, use cases, and supporting documentation.
• Collect requirements from business units and clients to pinpoint desired outcomes.
• Create test scenarios and scripts in a well-structured manner.
• Oversee and carry out test execution while ensuring that test results are properly documented.
• Manage the re-testing of defects and issues, maintaining the Defect Log.
• Convey the opportunities and limitations of Mitel enterprise applications to management.
• Provide updates and communication to various Mitel business functions, management, and IT departments.
• Escalate issues as necessary.
• Comprehend Mitel business entities and their inter-divisional relationships.
• Visualize, articulate, and resolve complex problems and concepts.
• Make informed decisions based on available data.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
• A multifaceted approach to problem-solving.
• Capacity to quickly assimilate data and information to generate innovative ideas.
• Comfortable with adopting new concepts, methods, and technologies.
• Remains updated with emerging trends and ideas.
• Takes initiative and demonstrates a drive to achieve success.

• High proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Familiarity with the Mitel Toolchain Architecture.
