This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement analytics strategies for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics in collaboration with clients, analytics engineers, and developers.
• Facilitate measurement strategy workshops and collect requirements.
• Review and assess current implementations of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Create and maintain comprehensive analytics documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), System Design Requirements (SDRs), and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Provide recommendations for best practices to enhance data collection in Adobe Analytics and CJA.
• Set up Adobe Analytics report suites based on analytics specifications and web tracking needs.
• Configure multi-channel CJA implementations, ensuring connections and data views are established while understanding identity resolution requirements.
• Extract business-relevant insights from data analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports within Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
• Convert analytical findings into actionable insights for executives and marketing leaders.
• Counsel marketing leaders, internal teams, and client stakeholders on analytics strategies.
• Transform ambiguous client requests into well-structured analytics solutions.
• Guarantee that client expectations are fulfilled and results are consistently achieved.
• Simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present analytics results and conduct tailored training sessions.
• Navigate technical and business obstacles in a dynamic environment.
• Prioritize tasks that have a high impact.
• Engage with the analytics community through meet-ups, conferences, blogs, or open-source initiatives.
• Advocate for information security practices and evaluate as well as report on potential risks.
• Analyze data storage, processing, and transmission for compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Embed data protection throughout the information lifecycle.
• Over 5 years of experience in an agency setting.
• More than 5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong comprehension of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis.
• Adobe Analytics certification and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification required.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Platform solutions, such as RT-CDP and AJO, is advantageous.
• Profound expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Knowledge of analytics instrumentation, identity resolution concepts, and data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
