Lead Analyst, Test Planning & Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Working alongside Product Development teams to define product and technical specifications with a focus on testability and verification.

• Enhancing Quality Assurance methodologies and testing principles.

• Creating test strategies and plans, crafting comprehensive test cases, and supervising execution and automation by Quality Assurance Engineers.

• Conducting reviews of literature and patents to identify solutions.

• Engaging in technical reviews during various stages of product development.

• Leading the processes for identifying issues and resolving defects.

• Guiding junior Quality Assurance Engineers and offering technical leadership.

• Promoting innovative infrastructure designs and services.

• A Bachelor's Degree.

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong collaboration skills.
