This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to prioritize and implement analytics projects aimed at player growth and long-term retention.
• Oversee comprehensive analytics on bonus programs, evaluating performance, formulating engagement strategies, and refining structures to enhance player value and ROI.
• Examine in-platform behavior across products to identify engagement trends, friction points, and monetization prospects. Convert insights into personalized strategies and product suggestions.
• Utilize machine learning techniques and AI tools to expedite insight generation, create predictive models, and continually elevate the capabilities of the analytics function.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in gaming, sports betting, or a consumer product with significant behavioral data.
• A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of SQL, with proficiency in advanced topics such as window functions, CTEs, and complex aggregations.
• Comfortable working directly with Snowflake, crafting efficient queries for large datasets.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and translate complex analyses into clear narratives and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• A solid grasp of A/B testing and experimental design, including understanding statistical significance and contextualizing test outcomes for business applications.
• Experience with funnel and cohort analysis, including modeling player lifecycle stages, retention curves, and engagement funnels.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and direct experience applying AI tools in analytics workflows.
• Preferred familiarity with dbt transformation workflows and model structuring.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, or basic machine learning tasks is preferred.
• Working knowledge of segmentation models, propensity scoring, churn prediction, or lifetime value modeling is preferred.
• Experience in gaming or iGaming, including an understanding of sportsbook, casino, or poker product mechanics and player economics is preferred.
• Experience with analytics related to incentives or promotions is also advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
