Lead Analyst – Government Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing cost-effective proposals to USG government clients that are timely, compliant, and of the highest quality.

• Conducting risk assessments to guarantee that proposals are financially advantageous and equitable for the customer.

• Assisting the deal team in transforming current opportunities into future orders.

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of FLIGHT DECK.

• Collaborating with leadership, internal stakeholders, and cost contributors to create optimal proposals.

• Engaging with business teams to ensure consistent deal methodologies and contract interpretation.

• Developing proposal variance analytics to illustrate cost foundations with government clients.

• Preparing proposal review packages for intricate contracting agreements.

• Leading initiatives to enhance functional execution and efficiency.

• Supporting compliance efforts, including internal and external audit activities.

• Contributing to the development of requirements for the Pricing System.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in finance, sourcing, government contracting, or a related field.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established project management expertise.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Comfortable working with numerical data.
