Law Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Performs legal research, compiles case materials, and prepares research memoranda and drafts, pleadings, and motions under the supervision and guidance of an Attorney or Supervising Attorney.

• Assists attorneys by gathering and organizing information necessary for legal documentation.

• Typically works part-time, averaging around 20 hours each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a second or third year law student with a focus on civil litigation, personal injury, or insurance defense.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
