This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Performs legal research, compiles case materials, and prepares research memoranda and drafts, pleadings, and motions under the supervision and guidance of an Attorney or Supervising Attorney.
β’ Assists attorneys by gathering and organizing information necessary for legal documentation.
β’ Typically works part-time, averaging around 20 hours each week.
β’ Must be a second or third year law student with a focus on civil litigation, personal injury, or insurance defense.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required.
