LATAM Software Engineer – Angular, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Enhance the team's ability to complete assigned stories by the end of the sprint.

• Deliver Value: Create software features for moderately complex functionalities with guidance from more experienced engineers during AgileDev engagements, while addressing defects and enhancement requests.

• Develop Collaboratively: Engage in successful Agile delivery by seeking assistance, raising concerns, promoting best practices, identifying obstacles, and mentoring colleagues and less experienced team members.

• Become Fullstack: Exhibit proficiency in at least two of the following areas: creating appealing user interfaces, developing data-driven REST APIs, and managing databases/cloud/servers.

• Communicate Value: Work with client stakeholders during sprint planning to finalize and document the technical approach, using user stories as subtasks. Discuss (rather than simply accept) requirements, iterate, and communicate status.

• Key Activities: Ensure the team comprehends acceptance criteria, monitor daily progress, reduce team’s QA kickback, deliver assigned stories, and identify opportunities to enhance capacity and velocity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with at least two of the following: creating appealing user interfaces, developing data-driven REST APIs, or managing databases/cloud/servers.

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, including consistent adherence to best practices and experience implementing DevOps practices.

• Experience in building .NET applications.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing server-side applications using C#, focusing on developing secure and efficient RESTful APIs and working with databases such as SQL Server.

• Experience in creating interactive and responsive user interfaces utilizing front-end technologies like Angular.

• Competence in integrating front-end and back-end components, with a solid grasp of application architecture, facilitating seamless data flow and improved user experiences across full stack applications.

• Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical strategies.

• Ability to understand and articulate the business outcomes influenced by your development projects.

• May include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
