Content Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee content operations and assist with workflows during live sports events and other high-traffic publishing times.

• Conduct quality checks on visuals, copy, metadata, links, calls to action, timing, categorization, and brand consistency.

• Evaluate content not only for accuracy but also for clarity, usefulness, tone, and its reception by the audience.

• Identify, articulate, and escalate issues proactively before they escalate into client or user problems.

• Manage support requests by collecting evidence, pinpointing likely causes, and communicating the next steps.

• Utilize AI and internal tools to expedite checks, compare information, draft notes, analyze data, enhance prompts, and streamline repetitive tasks.

• Ensure clear handovers, incident documentation, support updates, quality assurance records, and lightweight documentation are maintained.

• Collaborate with content, operations, product, and client-facing colleagues to resolve issues promptly and prevent their recurrence.

• Enhance checklists, playbooks, templates, prompts, and lightweight automation as you gain insights into practical challenges.

• Outstanding attention to detail regarding text, visuals, links, timing, metadata, and structured information.

• Excellent written English skills with the capability to articulate issues clearly, calmly, and accurately.

• Strong editorial judgment: capable of identifying when something is unclear, inaccurate, inconsistent, off-brand, or unprepared.

• High level of ownership and dependability, particularly during live coverage, client support, or when content accuracy is critical.

• Sound decision-making under pressure: able to determine what requires action, escalation, or further inquiry.

• A keen interest in systems, processes, and the underlying causes of issues.

• Proficiency in using AI and tools to enhance speed, quality, documentation, and reproducible workflows.

• Passion for sports, media, digital content, SaaS, live operations, or high-volume publishing settings.

• Experience in content QA, editing, proofreading, research, support, live operations, moderation, or publishing is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SaaS, CMS tools, media production, sports content, or digital publishing processes is advantageous.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for research, drafting, checking, summarizing, documenting, or enhancing workflows is a plus.

• Evidence of improving a checklist, process, QA workflow, support workflow, or documentation is a bonus.
