📋 Description

• Accountable for the investigation, assessment, negotiation, and resolution of intricate casualty claims with exposures of $250,000 or higher.

• Reviews and grants approval for cases that the MCO intends to advance to trial.

• Collaborates with Field leadership to discuss additional actions and gather feedback and guidance.

• Acts as a specialist and subject matter expert on projects as required.

• Conducts file reviews for various highly complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings.

• Assists the Field with discretionary referrals concerning the most complicated coverage matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-exposure, litigated claims with a robust background in Commercial Auto, Personal Auto, Homeowners, and/or General Liability.

• Proficient in evaluating complex losses, assessing risk and exposure, and successfully driving claims to resolution.
