Labor Law Legal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to attorneys;

• Maintain and update systems for tracking case progress;

• Oversee the advancement of cases and related proceedings;

• Evaluate various strategies for the efficient management and progression of matters within the caseload;

• Aid in additional administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a fourth- or fifth-year law student or a law graduate lacking active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration (mandatory).

• Knowledge of court websites and systems is essential;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level;

• Strong understanding of Labor Law is required.
