This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the technical aspects of designing, testing, provisioning, and implementing Learning Lab environments.
• Manage and uphold lab snapshots, addressing configuration defects as they emerge.
• Collaborate with Education Coordinators and Leadership to enhance lab usage policies.
• Analyze VM usage reports and metrics to ensure alignment with budgets and demand.
• Provide support for LMS system integrations as necessary.
• Act as the primary escalation point for lab-related problems and coordinate with solution providers to resolve intricate issues across all learning lab platforms.
• Allocate and reset user training accounts as needed.
• Keep abreast of new feature releases across all educational platforms.
• Offer on-call support for lab systems utilized in global training programs, including availability during evenings and weekends when required.
• Regularly analyze help desk tickets to identify recurring issues, usage trends, and knowledge gaps.
• Suggest targeted training, updated documentation, or additional support resources to proactively tackle common challenges and enhance user experience.
• Conduct training for internal and partner instructors on lab systems.
• Work in conjunction with Training Operations, Delivery Management, IT, and Application teams to refine workflows, system functionality, and user experience.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements in relation to lab systems and processes.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues to ensure company-wide alignment on lab system requirements.
• Document system configurations, best practices, and technical procedures.
• Own and maintain the Education Services Revenue Report, providing monthly updates to the Finance department.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Education Services forms, lists, automations, and integrations as required.
• Expertise in SQL and at least one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, or MySQL.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
• Experience with managing hypervisor solutions and SaaS platform architecture.
• Familiarity with Syniti platforms: Stewardship Tier, ADM, SKP, and Migrate (ADMM) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Windows Server and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong skills in technical writing and documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GraphQL queries and mutations (preferred).
