This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and ongoing enhancement of AIM's systems.
• Take full ownership of high-severity production incidents from start to finish.
• Design and optimize AI-driven support workflows.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the globe.
• Provide mentorship to L1/L2 engineers.
• 5–8 years of experience in Production Support, Support Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• 3 years of experience managing L2/L3 escalations in cloud or distributed systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities across applications, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes within ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with API integrations.
• Experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical experience in AI-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks.
• Preferred certifications in ITIL, Azure/AWS/GCP, or AI/ML disciplines.
