L2 Software Engineer, Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and construct systems that enhance workflows to be robust, automated, and efficient.

• Create and implement patient intake processes.

• Develop a monitoring system for patients throughout their journey at scale for the operations leadership team.

• Build dashboards for the scheduling team, legal operations, and patient services personnel.

• Take charge of the automation layer for the operations team, including automatic referral ingestion, task assignments, AI-driven reminder calls, and dashboards that highlight potential issues.

• Work in collaboration with internal operations teams to enhance care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in integrating with legacy systems that were not originally designed for modern interoperability.

• Background in delivering complex internal operations dashboards and crafting engaging user experiences.

• Expertise in backend development utilizing contemporary web stacks, particularly Ruby (e.g., Rails).

• Knowledge of RESTful API integration patterns, which includes schema versioning, backward compatibility, and API contract management.

• Strong operational instincts: you instrument what you create, anticipate failure modes, and regard on-call escalations as indicators of systemic issues.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
