This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver first-level technical assistance by addressing customer inquiries
• Conduct preliminary issue assessment
• Aid in the daily management of the platform's operations
• Work in conjunction with relevant departments to ensure consistent system functionality
• Swiftly resolve technical issues
• Higher education or incomplete higher education, with a preference for graduates from technical institutions
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, and ELK (particularly Kibana)
• Fundamental understanding of web markup languages (HTML, CSS)
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Russian
• Knowledge of GitLab (or similar) CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
