Kotlin Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop various tools primarily utilizing Kotlin.

• Engage in IntelliJ plugin development, IDEs, coding agents, or frameworks for Local AI inference.

• Accountable for the design, scope, testing, and implementation phases.

• Collaborate with tooling engineers and be part of an organization focused on developer tooling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Kotlin or possess strong Java expertise with a solid understanding of Kotlin.

• Familiarity with asynchronous and concurrent programming, preferably with Kotlin Coroutines.

• High level of initiative and the capability to navigate tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Engineering pragmatism: simplifying complexity while ensuring system extensibility.

• Practical experience utilizing LLMs regularly, with discernment on their effectiveness.

• Proficient in English, possessing strong communication skills suitable for a remote-first team.

• Self-driven with the capacity to take complete ownership of features from start to finish.
