This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Clinical leadership and external engagement

• A master's degree in a relevant behavioral health or clinical field is required
• Candidates must meet all educational and experience requirements for obtaining a professional license or registration with the applicable regulatory body in their jurisdiction, where such registration or licensing is legally or regulatorily required
• Experience in the clinical practice of mental health care, including demonstrated senior-level leadership, is required
• Management experience with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex care environments is required
• Recognized expertise in mental health and wellness, with a proven history as a leading expert in the field, is required
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing quality frameworks for clinical care, outcome measurement systems, or ROI reporting in mental health care is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records/client information systems is required
• Professional fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to the regions served are highly valued
• Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws across various jurisdictions is required
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stress environment is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage in large-scale conferences and interactions with clients at the executive level, are required
• Experience working in or with international markets; familiarity with European mental health care and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and prioritization are required
• Demonstrable strategic thinking ability with the capacity to translate clinical insights into business outcomes
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis is required
