Key Customers Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison, troubleshooting and resolving intricate AI/ML issues.

• Assist customers in enhancing GPU performance for ML training and inference tasks, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.

• Collaborate with the sales team to discover new opportunities, advocate for the latest products, and deliver engaging technical presentations.

• Serve as a communication link to product teams, offering customer feedback, conveying feature requests, and ensuring alignment with customer needs.

• Interact with both internal and external stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and effectively drive consensus to tackle customer challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 5 - 10+ years in positions such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer, with practical knowledge in cloud services and AI/ML workloads.

• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and proficiency in Python programming.

• Strong understanding of GPU computing, covering ML training, inference workloads, and GPU stacks (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL).

• Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-lasting relationships.

• Excellent ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
