• Cultivate local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel – up to 40% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within hospital settings and large IDN environments.
• Strong comprehension of IDNs, Buy & Bill, 340B, and the hospital formulary approval procedures.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven capability to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team-oriented setting.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
