Key Account Manager – Immunology and Gene Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve sales objectives and foster business expansion.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential stakeholders in hospitals.

• Leverage expertise in Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Academic Medical Centers to effectively navigate the healthcare environment.

• Support healthcare professional champions and health system leaders in implementing treatment protocols.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to formulate impactful sales strategies.

• Keep abreast of the latest clinical information and market developments.

• Deliver product demonstrations and educational sessions for healthcare practitioners.

• Aid in the onboarding and formulary approval processes within hospitals.

• Monitor market dynamics and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

• Maintain precise records of sales activities utilizing CRM systems.

• Cultivate local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the designated territory.

• Willingness to travel – up to 40% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline.

• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within hospital settings and large IDN environments.

• Strong comprehension of IDNs, Buy & Bill, 340B, and the hospital formulary approval procedures.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven capability to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and driving business growth.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team-oriented setting.

• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
