This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create research timelines and logistics documents for clients, in collaboration with Case Managers and Jury Consultants
• Align project expectations with Case Managers and Jury Consultants
• Organize and oversee project logistics with vendors, including facilities, parking, juror compensation processing, catering/setup requirements, and AV assistance
• Collect jurisdiction demographics, recruitment screener information, and conflict lists; supervise recruiting to ensure adherence to target demographics and panel criteria
• Design and implement project surveys using proprietary data visualization tools and coordinate required equipment
• Oversee data-collecting hardware and software systems and manage data collection throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise onsite respondents and facilitate payments as necessary
• Coordinate, arrange, and manage daily project schedules alongside support teams
• Anticipate and address respondents' and clients' needs, inquiries, and concerns, sharing insights with Jury Consultants
• Collaborate with onsite vendors
• Conduct Zoom sessions for online projects when necessary
• Organize and present collected data and project outcomes in a format suitable for client deliverables
• Work with Case Managers to compile project invoices and receipts
• Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Capability to manage several projects concurrently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database tools, and case management software
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a professional setting
• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet changing deadlines
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences preferred
• Proven equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including event coordination and logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skills in project/event planning
• Experience in a law or consulting firm is advantageous
• Must live within 40 miles of a major airport
• Must be able to support time zones from east to west coast
• Must be willing to travel 50–60%
