Junior YouTube Scriptwriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on topics, trends, keywords, and competitors to uncover valuable video opportunities.

• Create video concepts, outlines, and scripts for the Hostinger Academy YouTube channel.

• Develop websites, applications, or other practical examples that complement the videos you produce.

• Work closely with scriptwriters, presenters, editors, and the broader YouTube team during the production process.

• Assist colleagues with research, brainstorming, testing, and various content-related activities.

• Acquire knowledge in SEO, YouTube best practices, storytelling methods, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, writing, and content production efficiency.

• Continuously advance your skills and gradually take ownership of full video projects.

• Produce 1–2 high-quality scripts each week as you gain confidence and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scriptwriting, storytelling, and developing educational content.

• An inquisitive mindset with a desire to continually learn new skills.

• Ability to research unfamiliar subjects and simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand explanations.

• Strong attention to detail along with effective organizational abilities.

• Knowledge of YouTube, SEO, or content marketing is preferred.

• Basic experience in website creation or a willingness to learn.
