This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will manage multiple hiring initiatives at the same time.
• Collaborating with rapidly expanding e-commerce brands, SaaS firms, and agencies.
• Actively sourcing and engaging candidates through a variety of channels.
• Developing and overseeing candidate pipelines and hiring processes.
• Evaluating and screening candidates via interviews and qualification calls.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
• Keeping in touch with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.
• Ensuring accurate candidate data and maintaining recruitment workflows.
• Managing multiple searches at once while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Recognizing bottlenecks and assisting in keeping hiring processes efficient.
• Prior recruiting experience is a definite advantage, but not a strict requirement.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
