This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct analysis of non-functional requirements utilizing systems engineering principles.
• Create and sustain System of Record documentation for the awareness of management and leadership.
• Aid management in pinpointing system behaviors that align with client objectives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using established organizational architecture tools, repositories, and management processes to capture and maintain documentation.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively conveying technical information tailored to the audience.
• Ability to compile client deliverable analysis reports incorporating input from team members.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities, maintaining attention to detail, and working independently.
• Knowledgeable in planning, analyzing, and assessing the effectiveness of systems and system of systems in relation to business functions.
• Utilize source data to evaluate the effectiveness of systems in fulfilling business requirements.
• Contribute to and enhance the overall performance and success of the project, which includes understanding design and configuration to ensure that health information technology system requirements are satisfied.
• Identify and review non-functional requirements concerning systems information models and data formats.
• Create workbooks for assessing business risk and criticality based on system requirements.
• Assess risk and propose mitigation strategies to lessen business impact from a criticality perspective.
• Maintain and upgrade System of Record artifacts for systems under test (SUT) within approved enterprise environments such as MS SharePoint.
• Support facilitators by providing pre-test intake assessments of IT applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or related field.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience or an associate degree with two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances required for access to classified information.
• 2-3 years of experience in business requirements management related to system design, configuration, and integration efforts.
• One year of specialized experience that has provided you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) needed to perform the duties of this position successfully.
• Experience must include report writing and status communication.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in using current information technology applications.
• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps software methodologies is advantageous.
• CAPM and CSM certifications are preferred but not mandatory; however, the ability to obtain these certifications, if hired to perform the above duties, is required.
• Experience with evaluating COTS and GOTS systems/products/services is preferred.
• Understanding of Health Information Technology (HIT) policies, procedures, and clinical business processes is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with risk-based testing methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.
