• Provisioning: Implement the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) concept, ensuring effective communication between support teams and users.
• Manage the routing or transfer of team tickets and calls.
• Maintain and update BDGC records, inventories, and technical reservations.
• Revise information in control and management systems.
• Accountable for managing minor stock movements.
• Additionally: Previous experience at Petrobras is a plus.
• Understanding of logistics is essential.
