This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ensure the smooth operation of customer onboarding schedules, service level agreements (SLAs), and technical delivery workflows.
• Proactively coordinate various elements across different departments, identify operational bottlenecks, and assist in increasing delivery velocity asynchronously.
• Oversee the daily coordination pipeline, monitor delivery milestones, and anticipate SLA risks before they arise.
• Clearly communicate updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Detect and eliminate significant recurring bottlenecks in onboarding coordination processes.
• EU Residency & Time Zone Alignment: You must be legally residing within the EU to align with our primary customer delivery cycles.
• Flawless Written English: As a fully remote, async-first team, your written communication must be outstanding. You should be able to convey complex coordination steps in a simple, concise, and professional manner through text.
• Additional European languages are a strong advantage (German is highly preferred).
• AI-First Execution Mindset: We expect all team members to actively use AI to enhance their output. For this position, this means employing generative AI to draft customer updates more quickly, summarize project meeting transcripts, clean coordination data, and create clear documentation.
• Baseline Tech/SaaS Familiarity: While coding skills are not required, you must be very comfortable with quickly learning complex software platforms. Previous experience with modern project tools (such as Asana, Notion, Jira, or HubSpot) is highly preferred.
• Transparent Compensation: A competitive entry-level base salary of €30,000 - €40,000 (geo-bracketed to your location in the EU) with a clear, performance-based pathway for career advancement.
• True Remote Autonomy: We operate 80% asynchronously using Notion and Slack. We do not monitor your screen or track your hours—we trust you to take ownership of your delivery targets and manage your time.
• Global Team Retreats: Working remotely shouldn't mean feeling isolated. We bring the entire company together in inspiring cities around the world once a year to connect, strategize, and celebrate in person.
• Premium Workspace & Gear: A high-end MacBook, top-quality remote work accessories, and a co-working allowance if you prefer an office setting.
• Personal Growth Budget: A monthly wellness allowance, an education/course budget to enhance your SaaS skills, and free access to Kindle and Audible books.
• Time Off: 25 days of paid vacation in addition to your local national holidays.
