• Rapidly produce and update content.
• Revise and enhance existing pages based on effective strategies — including title tags, headers, introductions, and internal links.
• Launch new pages aimed at specific keyword clusters that have been prioritized.
• Optimize pages according to the strategies of competitors who rank higher, even those with fewer backlinks.
• Deliver two pieces of work daily on average — whether they are refreshes, new pages, or optimization efforts.
• Develop backlinks and enhance authority.
• Conduct outreach for backlinks on key pages — including listicles, guest posts, resource pages, and partner placements.
• Identify content gaps where competitors are receiving backlinks that we are missing.
• Manage and expand our backlink profile using tools like PressWhizz, BuzzStream, or similar platforms.
• Evaluate and report on performance.
• Track keyword rankings weekly for the pages you have worked on.
• Document each experiment in the team tracker — including hypothesis, changes made, and results.
• Provide concise asynchronous summaries on what succeeded, what did not, and the reasons behind these outcomes.
• One to three years of practical SEO or content execution experience — whether in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.
• You have directly edited pages, published content, and managed outreach efforts — not merely delegated tasks to others.
• You work efficiently. Completing a 'refresh and ship' takes you hours, not days.
• Proficient with at least one major SEO tool — such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or a similar platform — for keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with a CMS — like WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems.
• Ability to interpret Google Search Console data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Bonus: experience with structured data, schema markup, or fundamental technical SEO concepts.
• Excellent written English. You can create or significantly edit a 1,500-word page that requires minimal reworking.
• Direct, clear, and concise in written communication. We prefer brevity over lengthy emails.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones.
• You prefer to execute and learn rather than plan and wait.
• You seek a role with defined weekly goals and visible results.
• You are at ease with fast and direct feedback loops.
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Flexible work environment with remote work options.
• Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies.
• Collaborative and dynamic team culture.
