Junior Security Questionnaire, Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and finalize customer security questionnaires (such as SIG, CAIQ, VSA, and custom formats) with exceptional accuracy.

• Provide assistance with the security-related sections of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that responses are articulate, consistent, and submitted promptly.

• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Product, and Security teams to collect and validate necessary information.

• Maintain a centralized and current repository of security documentation, FAQs, and standardized responses.

• Acquire knowledge and document security controls, processes, and certifications (including SOC 2 and ISO 27001).

• Support subsequent security reviews by monitoring questions, clarifications, and approvals.

• Contribute to the development of templates, checklists, and streamlined processes to enhance the efficiency of future responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, Risk, Compliance, IT Audit, or a related discipline (internships and project work are included).

• Familiarity with security concepts and frameworks (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) gained through work experience, academic coursework, or certifications.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to proofread for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, adept at managing multiple requests simultaneously, and dependable in meeting deadlines.

• A strong sense of curiosity and a desire to deepen knowledge in information security and the risk management practices of SaaS/AI companies.
