Junior Sales & Therapy Specialist, TAVI & SI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Ensuring steady growth in implant sales and achievement of sales objectives within the designated territory by recognizing opportunities for new business while nurturing existing relationships.

• Oversee logistics between the site and Abbott concerning procedural support.

• Identify and help resolve procedural issues.

• Maintain Registry data in collaboration with the site.

• Collaborate with echocardiologists to screen patients, ensuring that site personnel possess the necessary skills to assess patient eligibility.

• Engage with referring physicians to present TAVI technology and relevant study data.

• Assist in creating promotional materials for market development events.

• Offer technical support to clinicians.

• Demonstrate procedural steps to all participating physicians and staff at sites.

• Conduct in-service training programs for both cath lab and ICU personnel.

• Develop and execute field-based training programs for physicians and staff.

• Relay physician feedback and staff insights gained from case observations.

• Support special projects and other activities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or Economics.

• Strong clinical focus.

• Adaptable: capable of influencing various clinician personality types.

• Analytical abilities: proficient in identifying and resolving issues and adapting best practices across different institutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: essential for building relationships and achieving results.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Creative aptitude for working with 2D visualization to conceptualize mental 3D device positioning.

• Willingness to travel frequently (over 40% of the time).
