This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephone consultations and sales discussions with interested parties, without cold calling.

• Create tailored offers based on customer needs.

• Finalize contracts.

• Coordinate trial sessions.

• Conduct feedback discussions.

• Communicate with interested parties via email and WhatsApp.

• Sell online tutoring products over the phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed training is desirable, preferably in the commercial field or as a salesperson.

• Experience in telephone sales or consultation, ideally within the service sector.

• Career changers are welcome.

• Strong communication skills.

• Empathy.

• Proficiency in verbal expression.

• Customer- and service-oriented telephone behavior.

• Flexibility, commitment, and a willingness to perform.

• English is a plus.
