This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the sales process with small and medium-sized clients throughout Brazil;
• Conduct virtual meetings to showcase our solutions;
• Engage in negotiations with small and medium enterprises to generate new sales opportunities for the company;
• Foster relationships with key clients in the portfolio, providing advice on meetings to create future business possibilities;
• Prepare, track, and supply the required documentation for finalizing sales (including contracts and other relevant documents);
• Oversee the activation of newly acquired clients, ensuring the sale's effectiveness;
• Attend internal meetings to collaborate on strategies and drive performance.
• Proven experience in sales;
• Prior experience in outbound sales;
• Background in B2B SaaS sales;
• Familiarity with sales methodologies (such as SPIN Selling and others);

• Experience selling to HR audiences.
