Junior Quality Coordinator – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Execute tasks in both Spanish (Mexico) and English (US).

• May assess data related to quality performance, generate statistical quality reports, track progress, and produce relevant documentation with assistance from Quality Coordinators.

• Conducts Internal Assessments.

• Offers feedback on blind test ranges and inquiries from the team.

• May provide on-demand support to raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.

• Identifies raters who present any behavioral issues.

• May review RCAs submitted by resources and request clarifications as needed.

• May contribute to the development and review of new training materials, including best practices, newsletters, webinars, and more.

• May monitor and analyze data.

• May participate in meetings with various stakeholders as required, with the support of Quality Coordinators.

• Oversees raters' inquiries.

• May carry out additional program-specific tasks necessary to meet OKRs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico).

• Strong command of English.

• Must reside in Mexico.

• Strong knowledge of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico).

• Must be exclusively dedicated to the "Search Quality rating program" and not involved in other search or ads rating programs.

• Must not have any current or previous experience with "Ads quality rating."

• Must be the sole person in your household working as a "Search Quality Rater."

• Web-savvy and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent online research abilities.

• Must have a reliable computer system and internet connection.

• Must have dependable anti-virus software, as web browsing is part of the job.

• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to the project conventions and rules as outlined by the client.

• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure client confidentiality.

• Must successfully complete learning modules and a mandatory quality test designed by our client prior to commencing work.
