This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Are you an expert in search engines? Can you locate information using just a few keywords? We present a distinctive opportunity for you to showcase your talents!
• You will serve as the junior coordinator for our Search Quality Rater initiative.
• Your tasks will involve working in both Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US).
• You may evaluate data on quality performance, generate statistical quality reports, track progress, and produce related documentation with assistance from Quality Coordinators.
• You will conduct internal assessments.
• You will provide feedback on blind test ranges and inquiries from the team.
• You may offer ad-hoc support to raters and guide them on best practices and the client’s expectations.
• You will identify raters exhibiting any behavioral issues.
• You may analyze RCAs provided by resources and request clarifications when necessary.
• You may be involved in the creation and review of new training materials, including best practices, newsletters, webinars, and other resources.
• You may keep track of data and analyze it.
• You may attend meetings with various stakeholders as needed, supported by Quality Coordinators.
• You will monitor raters’ queries.
• You may undertake additional program-specific tasks required to meet OKRs.
• Fully proficient in Portuguese (Brazil)
• Strong comprehension of English
• Must reside in Brazil
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese (Brazil) popular culture
• Must be exclusively dedicated to the Search Quality Rater program and refrain from participating in other search or ads rating programs
• Must not have any current or prior experience with Ads quality rating
• Must be the sole individual in your household working as a Search Quality Rater
• Web-savvy and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding online research abilities
• Dependable computer system and internet connection
• Reliable antivirus software (as web surfing is part of the job)
• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to project conventions and client rules
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure client confidentiality
• Must complete learning modules and pass a required quality test developed by our client before commencing work.
