Junior Product Analyst, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee the settlement operations for cards, bank slips (boletos), and PIX in collaboration with external partners.

• Implement and supervise the onboarding and registration process for new clients.

• Offer support for internal ticketing and assist in troubleshooting issues.

• Engage in organizing the product backlog, prioritizing items that provide the highest value to both customers and the business.

• Create straightforward user stories and acceptance criteria for the technical team.

• Contribute to market analysis and competitor evaluations.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, reviews, and refinements.

• Track deliveries and monitor the progress of requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Technology.

• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Capability to document processes and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities, along with a solid sense of responsibility for deliverables.

• Resilient character with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in an internship or entry-level position related to financial operations, payments, product, or technology.

• Understanding of the payments industry, including acquirers, sub-acquirers, or schemes such as Elo, Mastercard, and Visa.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira or similar.
