Junior Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in gathering and comprehending client requirements;

• Outline processes, activities, stakeholders, business guidelines, and areas for improvement;

• Develop and set up new processes, forms, stages, rules, automations, and approval workflows;

• Engage in the implementation and enhancement of processes on platforms such as Pipefy, Zeev, and other BPM tools;

• Conduct adjustments, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validations with end-users;

• Aid in the administration and oversight of platforms utilized by clients;

• Offer functional assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving process-related challenges;

• Generate documentation, manuals, procedures, and support materials;

• Help facilitate training sessions and presentations for users and business departments;

• Track tickets, requests, deadlines, and project deliverables;

• Discover opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and ongoing improvement;

• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders;

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Information Technology, Production/Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines;

• Foundational knowledge of process mapping and management;

• Familiarity with BPM platforms such as Pipefy, Zeev, or similar tools;

• Ability to comprehend business rules and convert them into structured workflows;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests at once;

• Analytical, collaborative, and adept at problem-solving;

• Comfortable engaging with clients and users from various sectors;
