This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the initial point of contact in our sales process. Your role will involve reaching out to leads participating in the software trial using a strategic and investigative approach through various communication channels;
• Employ Inbound Sales techniques and methodologies (including SPIN SELLING and BANT) to evaluate if leads align with the desired profile and meet necessary criteria to progress in the purchasing journey. You will consequently direct qualified and engaged leads to the Sales team or filter out those that do not meet the criteria;
• Collaborate with the team to keep leads engaged throughout the trial phase. This requires you to concentrate on demonstrating product value during interactions and responding to inquiries via chat, phone, or WhatsApp;
• Engage in investigative discussions and address objections that may hinder potential leads from proceeding with a purchase;
• Organize your activities effectively and maintain our CRM in accordance with our Qualification Flow and Cadence;
• Participate as a team member, analyzing, suggesting improvements, and tracking both individual and team KPIs.
• A completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Commercial Management, Law, or related fields;
• Experience in pre-sales roles (BDR or SDR);
• Background in inbound or outbound pre-sales;
• Experience within a technology company;
• Proficiency in qualifying leads through multichannel communication;
• Familiarity with the SPIN Selling methodology;
• Capability to conduct investigative conversations;
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks effectively;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization abilities.
• **It is advantageous if you possess:**
• Experience in SaaS companies;
• Knowledge in LawTech/LegalTech;
• Familiarity with legal department workflows or a background as an attorney;
• Previous experience in Inbound B2C operations;
