Junior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of advertising creatives to promote our product across various platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads, TikTok ads, and Google.

• Continuous exploration of fresh ideas and the creation of innovative creative concepts.

• Analysis of the performance of creative concepts and the development of variations of successful creatives to enhance their effectiveness.

• Adapting video and static content for different platforms and localizing it for other regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 months of experience in motion design.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.

• Experience in creating AI generations using tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini, Nano Banana/Seedream, Higgsfield/Kling, or other similar tools.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate unconventional ideas.

• Willingness to take responsibility for personal ideas and initiate improvements in the workflow.
