This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure adherence to local legislation and regulations, including our client’s internal policies in the UK, while ensuring that content is properly reference tagged.
• Possess a solid understanding of our client’s oncology brands in the UK, facilitating a quicker turnaround for reference tagging tasks.
• Must have a thorough comprehension of the complete MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approval process.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team on amendments for copy and content, as well as with the brand and production teams on project deliveries.
• Capable of creating reference packs on Veeva Vault based on briefs provided by the brand team.
• Able to recommend sources for appropriate references for various assets.
• Proficient in marking up PDFs for citation re-ordering and working closely with the design and production team to convey these changes.
• Adhere to best practices in the department regarding processes, communication (both internal and external), project management, documentation, and technical requirements.
• Engage in assigned training programs and complete assignments as required.
• Maintain compliance with quality, confidentiality, and security; follow established quality systems, processes, and policies; and adhere to training and specifications.
• Education—B Pharm/M Pharm/BDS/MDS/PhD.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency environment.
• Strong enthusiasm and passion for the pharmaceutical market.
• Driven by a passion for networking and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay current with the latest technical and scientific developments and relate them to various projects.
• Client-focused attitude aimed at fostering strong long-term relationships with clients, encouraging others to work towards this objective.
• Ability to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Competent in identifying problems and formulating solutions.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and timeline-driven, with the capacity to multitask.
• Experience working within a large multinational company in a matrix environment.
