Junior Marketing Analyst – Comms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, launch, and refine campaigns and canvases in Braze across various channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.

• Evaluate existing consumer journeys to pinpoint engagement gaps, drop-off points, and missed messaging opportunities.

• Formulate segmentation strategies and tailored communications that enhance activation, engagement, and retention.

• Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests — transforming results into clear, actionable insights.

• Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that render campaign data comprehensible for the wider marketing team.

• Monitor KPIs such as DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversion, and extract insights linked to those metrics.

• Efficiently manage our marketing CRM tool to foster new and innovative use cases that can be shared across the team.

• Compose SQL queries to explore issues and campaign outcomes utilizing internal data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building or implementing AI tools, agents, and automation in a professional environment.

• Strong analytical skills, with comfort in working with data, executing queries, and presenting findings with context.

• Background in consumer marketing operations, CRM platforms (Braze or similar), or marketing technology stacks; experience with Braze is advantageous.

• Capability to identify process inefficiencies and develop structured, scalable solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.

• Basic project management abilities; organized, proactive, and dependable with meeting deadlines.

• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL.

• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
