This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Design, implement, and optimize campaigns and canvases in Braze utilizing email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Review existing consumer journeys to pinpoint engagement gaps, drop-off points, and opportunities for improved messaging.
• Create segmentation strategies and personalized communications that enhance activation, engagement, and retention.
• Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that render campaign data understandable for the wider marketing team.
• Monitor KPIs such as DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversion, providing insights related to these metrics.
• Efficiently manage our marketing CRM tool to foster new and innovative use cases that can be disseminated across the team.
• Write SQL queries to analyze issues and campaign results using internal data.
• Discover opportunities to implement AI tools and automation across marketing workflows, from copy generation to campaign QA to performance analysis.
• Develop and improve tools, templates, and agents that minimize manual efforts and enhance output consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging AI and automation capabilities, presenting concrete recommendations for their application within Sezzle's marketing stack.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to synchronize tooling decisions and ensure seamless implementation.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing stakeholders, converting requirements effectively in both directions.
• Promote the adoption of new tools and workflows by creating documentation, training materials, and offering hands-on support for team members.
• Identify and address integration risks early; provide specific mitigation strategies.
• Practical experience in building or deploying AI tools, agents, and automation within a professional environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, comfortable with data, executing queries, and presenting findings with relevant context.
• Background in consumer marketing operations, CRM platforms (Braze or similar), or marketing technology stacks; experience with Braze is advantageous.
• Capability to recognize process inefficiencies and formulate structured, scalable solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Basic project management skills; organized, proactive, and dependable in meeting deadlines.
• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Educational background in computer science, analytics, engineering, AI, or related fields.
