This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design, launch, and refine campaigns and canvases in Braze utilizing email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Review current consumer journeys to pinpoint engagement gaps, drop-off points, and overlooked messaging chances.
• Formulate segmentation strategies and personalized communications that enhance activation, engagement, and retention.
• Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests — converting results into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to make campaign data comprehensible for the wider marketing team.
• Monitor KPIs such as DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversions, and extract insights linked to these metrics.
• Efficiently manage our marketing CRM tool to foster new and inventive use cases that can be shared throughout the team.
• Write SQL queries to analyze issues and campaign outcomes using internal data.
• Discover opportunities for implementing AI tools and automation across marketing workflows, including copy generation, campaign QA, and performance analysis.
• Develop and enhance tools, templates, and agents that minimize manual effort and boost output consistency.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI/automation capabilities and present concrete recommendations for their application within Sezzle's marketing framework.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on tooling decisions and seamless implementation.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing stakeholders, effectively translating requirements in both directions.
• Promote the adoption of new tools and workflows by creating documentation, training materials, and providing hands-on support for team members.
• Identify and raise integration risks early; provide tangible mitigation recommendations.
• Practical experience in building or implementing AI tools, agents, and automation in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, comfortable working with data, executing queries, and presenting findings in context.
• Background in consumer marketing operations, CRM platforms (Braze or similar), or marketing technology stacks; experience with Braze is advantageous.
• Capability to identify process inefficiencies and create structured, scalable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Basic project management skills; organized, proactive, and dependable with deadlines.
• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
