Junior Localization Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive analysis and preparation of various source files and formats to enhance localization project workflows.

• Collaborate with different teams to refine their workflows, aiding with both repetitive and specialized tasks to boost overall efficiency.

• Engage actively in internal meetings to support localization engineers and project managers.

• Provide extensive assistance to the entire team in leveraging our tools and addressing any technical issues that may occur.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in localization processes or localization engineering.

• Basic understanding of localization tools; experience with memoQ is a plus.

• A strong understanding of regular expressions is crucial for this position.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.

• A proactive and self-reliant attitude, with the capability to resolve problems independently.

• At least 1 year of experience in Localization.

• Familiarity with standard software, particularly MS Office, emphasizing Excel.

• Understanding of the principles of internationalization and globalization.
