Junior Lawyer – Judicial Recovery, Banks/Creditors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging in litigation and advisory tasks for a portfolio of plaintiff and defendant cases in banking law, safeguarding the interests of a financial institution in Judicial Recovery matters.

• Composing legal opinions.

• Addressing legal inquiries.

• Submitting pleadings.

• Monitoring cases.

• Managing assignments in chambers and at courts.

• Conducting hearings.

• Compiling reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full dedication (no simultaneous employment).

• Valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• At least 1 year of experience as an attorney in Judicial Recovery, representing banks or creditors.

• Established expertise in Corporate Law and/or Judicial Recovery.

• Proactive mindset.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Persistence.

• Comfortable with cloud-based platforms and work tools.
