Junior Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Proficient technical problem-solving abilities

• Capability to diagnose problems utilizing data dumps, technical logs, and similar resources, while clearly communicating relevant information for resolution

• Skill in succinctly describing issues based on client feedback

• Background in customer service

• Collaborative team member who can escalate issues to the right parties when necessary

• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, tools, methods, and paradigms, particularly in relation to gaming and payments

• Strong communication abilities, with a knack for articulating solutions clearly and referencing appropriate documentation

• Proficient with online productivity tools (such as Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, Google Translate, etc.) and capable of quickly learning new tools as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• Experience in the video game sector

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Previous experience with integration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Robust customer service and interpersonal skills

• General knowledge of integration

• Ability to manage a substantial workload immediately and effectively prioritize tasks with a high level of independence

• Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Proven success in managing multiple priorities, including the effective prioritization of a heavy workload

• Capacity to understand specific client requirements and address issues accordingly

• Multilingual skills are preferred

• Experience in web or game programming (Unreal, Unity) or a higher education degree in computer science is preferred
