Junior Governance Analyst, Advanced Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues, and, when necessary, escalating problems in accordance with the client's established escalation procedures.

• Tasked with communicating all incidents or critical issues to the client or the technical staff of the team.

• Assist in overseeing CAPEX, OPEX, and budgeting processes.

• Manage warranty and support agreements for all IT assets, encompassing hardware and software.

• Oversee the procurement and approval workflows.

• Provide necessary evidence and documentation for IT audits.

• Suggest enhancements to IT audit procedures.

• Carry out other activities pertinent to the role/process as necessary.
