Junior Functional Analyst

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements into well-defined functional specifications.

• Assist in the development of comprehensive end-to-end workflows, incorporating detailed business regulations.

• Engage actively in agile ceremonies, offering clear functional insights for the backlog.

• Effectively oversee the process backlog with strategic prioritization.

• Create and document business rules meticulously to ensure comprehension and alignment within the business domain.

• Aid in the transition and continued support between functional definitions and technical executions.

• Organize requirement-gathering and validation sessions, confirming the understanding of essential resources.

• Confirm requirements with pertinent stakeholders.

• Map and record end-to-end workflows (As-Is and To-Be).

• Construct operational and functional workflows.

• Identify areas for enhancement and automation.

• Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams.

• Assist in converting functional specifications into technical implementations.

• Resolve functional inquiries during the development phase.

• Oversee deliveries and ensure compliance with requirements.

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies: Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective, providing functional clarity and defining the backlog.
