Junior eCommerce Listing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and publish product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality prior to content going live.

• Structure, format, and enhance product descriptions to boost readability and maintain a uniform presentation throughout the catalog.

• Assess product information for completeness and precision, applying standardized formatting and naming conventions to all listings.

• Classify products and assign suitable attributes using established guidelines.

• Organize product images to comply with presentation standards.

• Identify any missing, inconsistent, or ambiguous information and relay it to the team, adhering to documented workflows and SOPs.

• Contribute to the enhancement of workflows, documentation, and quality standards over time.

• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+).

• Strong computer literacy.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.

• Effective file management abilities.

• Capability to adhere to documented procedures and maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of product information.

• Willingness to learn new software, e-commerce platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce is preferred.

• Basic image editing skills are preferred.

• Familiarity with basic SEO principles is preferred.
