This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take responsibility for the prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
• Provide timely assistance to customers in finding solutions.
• Test requests for product/software changes.
• Create and maintain product documentation.
• Develop training materials, how-to guides, and solution articles to aid product end users.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our software products.
• Offer feedback and feature recommendations to enhance the overall usability of our software products.
• Continuously monitor the systems in use.
• Deliver exceptional customer support.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external clients.
• Utilize technical documentation to investigate and resolve issues.
• Actively seek ways to improve and assist customers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role related to SaaS products.
• Must reside in the Western United States.
• Possess a self-starter mindset.
• Have a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in the English language, including understanding of meanings, spelling, grammar, and composition rules.
• Ability to excel in a remote work environment, including managing work time, internal and external communication, tracking hours, and adhering to procedures.
