This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist our Customer Success team by addressing user inquiries from Germany.

• Create and execute your own ideas and strategies for user communication.

• Work alongside colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to enhance our user outreach and messaging efforts.

• Participate in ongoing experiments aimed at improving Customer Success in Germany, including user journeys in Accountable's mobile and web applications.

• Conduct basic reporting and assess key customer satisfaction metrics.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training, or equivalent professional experience.

• You are a friendly, approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a solid sense of empathy.

• You possess strong empathy and can easily relate to our German users' experiences.

• You demonstrate a proactive mentality, are motivated, and focused on achieving results.

• You have an interest in self-employment and related topics.

• Ideally, you already have some experience in this field.

• You have outstanding written and spoken German and can communicate effectively.

• You are comfortable conversing in business English.

• You are enthusiastic about working in a growing, highly motivated startup and enjoy contributing actively through your role.
