This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the relationship.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews, demonstrating how Access products align with their objectives and deliver value.
• Identify potential risks early by analyzing customer data and insights, collaborating with internal teams to establish clear action plans.
• Collaborate closely with teams such as Product, Support, Renewals, and Sales to ensure customers experience a cohesive and positive journey.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role within a software or SaaS context.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, communicating technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or customer success platforms to monitor activities and assess customer health.
• An analytical approach, capable of identifying trends in customer usage and translating them into actionable insights.
